A LEADING North East spa is hoping to score a hole in one with guests, thanks to a unique new treatment.
Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa, at County Durham, recently welcomed the Natura Bissé brand to its award-winning spa, to complement the existing range of ESPA products.
And while guests may be used to practising their swing with golf balls on the course, the luxury skincare brand has other ideas, using the balls as part of the Quiro Golf Massage.
Ideal for both sporty people and those with physically demanding lifestyles, the treatment focuses on therapeutic benefits and uses deep muscular relaxation techniques.
Priced at £89, the hour long massage aims to improve circulation and reduce joint pain.
Spa manager, Joanne Green, believes the treatment is a great option for those looking to try something a bit different.
“We have already had a lot of interest in the Quiro Golf Massage because the use of golf balls certainly makes it stand out,” she said.
“And while the technique may catch people’s attention, the massage is incredibly effective in relieving joint pain and built up tension.
“As one of the new Natura Bissé treatments we are now offering, it is an excellent choice for anyone who wants something that will truly leave them feeling relaxed from head to toe.
Natura Bissé has a presence in 35 countries and prides itself on developing effective skincare solutions using high quality ingredients and technologies.
The Quiro Golf Massage is one of three new massages at the spa, which has also introduced new facials and instant treatments with the Spanish skincare company.
