Al Murray, The Pub Landlord, brings brand new show to the Tyne Theatre this Spring

Al returns to the stage this Spring after a remarkably successful run of shows on his Landlord Of Hope and Glorytour in 2021. Now, as the dust settles and we all emerge blinking into the dawn of a new year, who better to show the way than the people’s man of the people? Steeped in the deep and ancient barroom wisdom of countless lock ins, the Pub Landlord is there to show the way with the brand-new show for 2022, Gig for Victory, offering people thirsty for common sense a full pint of the good stuff. 

Theatre Director Joanne Johnson said “We cannot wait to have Al Murray on our stage next year; he’ll be in excellent company alongside many other top comedy names coming soon to the Theatre. Gig for Victory is a perfect addition to a staggering season of comedy this Spring.”

Tickets for Al Murray the Pub Landlord – Gig for Victorygo on general sale Friday 8^th October at 10am and can be purchased from the Tyne Theatre and Opera House website. Pre-sale tickets are available from Thursday 7^th October for Tyne Theatre & Opera House Friends’ Club members.
