BOILER SHOP EMPORIUM RETURNS FOR ITS AUTUMN EDITION
Sunday 27TH October 2019, 11am – 5pm
Think of the very best farmers market, and then thread other experiences into the mix to make the perfect lazy Sunday experience… This is the Boiler Shop Emporium.
Following on from the success of the first couple of Emporiums we are bringing it back for a third time with an Autumn edition on Sunday 27thOctober 2019.
Our main aim with this event is still to shine a spotlight on the smaller, independent growers, producers, makers, and artisans of the North East.
We want it to be a hot bed for the true innovators, and like previous Emporiums we are providing the perfect balance between exciting retail and dining experiences, set amongst other memorable exhibitors. On the stage, food demos alternate with live music and DJ sets; while the finest bakers, veg growers, and even a gent’s barber (who also cuts women’s hair) set up shop on the main floor. On our mezzanine level Food Nation will host free cookery classes for children and grown-ups alike, using produce from the stall holders.
Truly a one stop shop Sunday destination.
The first wave of Emporium traders has just been announced; with more traders, pop up food, demos and live entertainment to be announced soon.
