RAMSIDE SPA REACHES FINALS IN PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS…
A LUXURIOUS County Durham spa has been named among the best in the North East after reaching the final in an industry awards scheme.
The Ramside Spa, located at Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa at Carville, has been named as a finalist in the North East Spa of the Year category of the Professional Beauty Regional Awards.
The multi award-winning spa offers unrivalled facilities with five pools – including a 25-metre swimming pool – bubble pool, hydrotherapy pool, outside vitality pool and an infinity pool.
Other facilities include a tepidarium, Himalayan salt steam, aroma steam, drench showers and herbal and sunken amphitheatre saunas along with mud Rasul chambers.
It also offers a number of therapeutic beauty and treatment rituals and was the first in the region to become Wellness for Cancer accredited, with staff fully skilled in treating and working with people affected by the illness.
Now it has been recognised by the judging panel for the Professional Beauty Regional Awards, which acknowledges the heroes of the beauty, spa, nails and aesthetic markets.
Ramside Spa director Joanne Green is thrilled to once again in the frame for a major award.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Manchester in October, and Mark Moloney, managing director of Professional Beauty, added: “The beauty industry is often one of the unsung heroes of the British economy – with many not realising that is employs over 300,000 individuals and generates £7bn in revenue.
