Coming up this weekend at Utilita Arena Newcastle – Big North Tattoo Show

This weekend, (29th & 30th April) the Big North Tattoo Show is set to return to the Utilita Arena, Newcastle, bringing 300 amazing tattoo artists and and some incredible entertainment in tow. Proudly sponsored by the globally famous Hard Rock Café Newcastle, it is set to be the biggest show yet.

You can shop around for great tattoos, get one on the day or get inspired by all the wonderful art for a future design!
Fun and entertainment are an important element of this show, and this year the show is super proud to have world class shows from The Magic Mod having toured with musicians Paul Weller, The Libertines, Shaun Ryder and Oasis.

Recently returned from their stateside US tour, Sin City Side Show perform death defying feats to really get the crowd going, and fire breathing global superstars the Fuel Girls will be taking to the stage with all kinds of pyro performance throughout the weekend. This is just some of what you can expect throughout the day as well as world class tattoo competitions.

With a constant buzz of tattoo machines, top-notch entertainment and a packed audience this show has firmly made its mark on the tattoo convention scene and it is here to stay!
All styles of tattooing have been taken into account when curating the list of artists, from super life- like realism, and bold brave black work to naïve outlines, there is something for anyone who is itching to get some new ink.

If you are unable to get tattooed, then don’t worry! The hand-selected traders will have clothing, house wares, jewellery and even taxidermy on sale over the weekend.

There’s also plenty of food and drink available to sip and munch on whilst you enjoy the exhibitions and entertainment.
