This new iconic signature dish at ASK is a deconstructed cheesecake dessert, in the form of a lemon-flavoured white chocolate shell to crack open and savour. The lemon shell sits on a Lotus biscuit base topped with vanilla cheesecake cream.
For those looking for a sweet indulgence, look no further than the Chocolate Falls, which is a decadent pairing of rich chocolate brownie bites with traditional vanilla gelato and toffee popcorn.
