Announcing SIX Rooftop’s ‘A Taste of Spring’ chef’s dining experience

SIX are delighted to be hosting our first ever Chef’s Dining Experience, ‘A Taste of Spring’ on Friday 31st May, with tables available from 5.30pm, at SIX Rooftop.

Join thej as we take a limited number of guests on an interactive journey through a unique meticulously crafted 9-course tasting menu, celebrating Spring’s first flush of produce, with each dish carefully curated and cooked by SIX Rooftop’s Food Director Greg Lambert.

On the night Greg will showcase ingredients from some of the finest local suppliers and producers located only a few miles from the restaurant door. Showcasing some of the farmers and artisan food producers the restaurant works with, who all play their part in SIX Rooftop’s food ethos.

With dishes featuring produce from the likes of Taste Tradition, Portland Shellfish, Herb Fed Chicken, Gilchester Organics and also Wiltshire Truffle to name a few.

Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy specially selected drinks, with each carefully chosen by our sommelier team to complement the flavours in each of Greg’s dishes.

SIX Rooftop’s Food Director Greg Lambert said: ‘’We’ve decided to launch our very first Chef’s Dining Experience ‘A Taste of Spring’ to celebrate SIX Rooftop recently being awarded two AA rosettes for culinary excellence and earning a listing in the Michelin Guide for the first time ever. Both are huge for the entire team, and we all wanted to host an exclusive event to celebrate with our guests and mark the occasion properly, and what better way to do it with the new season’s produce incorporated into a special producer led tasting menu designed to show something of our future ambition for SIX.’’

To celebrate they want to make the entire experience truly unique and exclusive, which means only 74 guests can join us for this unique evening.

The 9-course tasting menu (see below) is priced £95 per person, and includes a welcome drink on arrival.

A matched drinks pairing will also be available to accompany the menu, as well as several seasonal cocktails.
