GAUCHO’S LEGENDARY LATIN-INSPIRED BRUNCH LANDS IN NEWCASTLE
Gaucho, renowned for serving the world’s best steak, unveils a new monthly institution at its Newcastle restaurant – the Gaucho Brunch Fiesta
Starting on 27th April and landing on payday Saturday every month from hereon in, the Gaucho brunch promises to become the ultimate fixture in the Newcastle restaurant calendar. This exclusive, Latin-inspired dining and drinking fiesta will be filled with delicious food, ample free-flowing drinks, and lively entertainment.
Set in a stunning Grade-II listed building on Pilgrim Street, Gaucho arrived in Newcastle in 2023 and immediately elevated the city’s dining scene. The new Saturday brunch will be served from 11am to 2.30pm, giving guests with a window to indulge in the city’s most extravagant feast. The menu features a selection of bottomless starters, including traditional empanadas and creamy burrata.
For the main course, guests can choose from an array of classic Gaucho dishes, including the signature Churrasco de Cuadril steak, a juicy brunch burger, spaghetti romesco or the classic brunchtime combination of steak, eggs, and chimichurri, all served with limitless chips or salad.
In addition to the exceptional food, guests can enjoy Gaucho’s free-flowing signature brunch cocktails, shaken by some of the best bartenders in town.
The launch event on 27th April will be graced with Tango dancers from BBC smash hit Strictly Come Dancing, with live entertainment and Newcastle’s top DJs providing the backdrop to the action thereafter.
