Newcastle Racecourse has revealed the fabulous prizes for the highly anticipated Style Awards at this year’s Gainford Group Ladies Day, set to dazzle on Saturday, 27th July 2024. Thousands of racegoers are expected to flock to Newcastle Racecourse at Gosforth Park, dressed in their finest attire and compete in the 2024 Style Awards, open to all. The Style Awards are open to all racegoers, and participants can enter by visiting the Tyne Tees Models stand in the Grandstand Hall, where they will have their picture taken. Scouts from TTM will also be mingling through the crowds from gates opening at 11:45am till 2pm, encouraging those with standout outfits to enter the competition.
Judging will take place in the afternoon after the races, with the top 10 finalists notified and invited to gather in the Parade Ring for the final judging.
Lesley Middlemiss Lister, Managing Director at TTM, told us what they will be looking out for on the day; “We are on the lookout for someone who exudes confidence, style, and individuality. We want to see people going all out this year, bringing their A-game to make this the best Style Awards yet! Our 20 scouts will be floating around the entire racecourse, stopping those whose style catches our eye and awarding the winner of Best Style in the Parade Ring.”
