“A NIGHT OF PURE JOY… IF YOU LOVE MUSIC THAT MOVES YOU, THIS SHOW IS UNMISSABLE” London Born and Bred

Back in February 1970, aged just 24, Van Morrison released Moondance—a record that would define an era and cement his place in music history. A seamless blend of jazz, soul, blues, and R&B, it gave us some of the most enduring songs ever written: Into the Mystic, Crazy Love, And It Stoned Me, Caravan, and that unforgettable title track.

Now, over half a century later, The Van Morrison Alumni Band is bringing this landmark record back live on stage. Featuring musicians who have performed and recorded alongside Morrison himself, join the band as they play all ten tracks in their original running order – along with the songs that Van Morrison recorded for the album, but held back, only to become hits several years later. Witness The Van Morrison Alumni Band capture the passion and spontaneity that made the album legendary, as Leo Green delves into the making of Moondance through some extraordinary stories.

“I can’t wait to take this show around the country – to be able to perform songs like Moondance, Have I Told You Lately, Brown Eyed Girl and Into The Mystic – with the actual musicians who have spent thousands of nights on stage WITH Van Morrison and thousands of hours recording in the studio WITH Van is so exciting – audiences will be able to hear the actual guys who played and recorded with Van Morrison – so all I would say is, grab tickets while you can and come and spend the evening with us for some stories from the road and of course, these amazing songs – I guarantee we will send you home with a spring in your step and a massive smile on your face – something we all need at the moment!!”
