SIX Baltic takes New Year’s Eve to new heights with a magical tasting night to see in the new year

For modern bistro dining with jaw-dropping rooftop views across the city, the team at SIX Baltic is taking its celebratory experiences to new heights this New Year’s Eve, with a tasting evening split between early and late evening celebrations.

The tasting menus, which will offer both meat and plant-based options, reflect SIX Baltic’s passion for seasonal, local produce, and is where their commitment to sustainability shines through the heart of everything they do.

Early Evening Celebrations

The early evening menu highlights include a Fillet of Beef, Oxtail Boulangere, and Celeriac and Hazelnuts. Whilst the plant-based menu includes Mushroom & Kombu Dashi, Truffle Tofu and Pickled Mushrooms.

Late Evening Celebrations

Guests opting for the late evening celebrations will be served an eight-course meal with Canapes and Champagne on arrival, followed by seven courses, with highlights including pre-dessert, dessert and petit fours.

Throughout December, Six Baltic also welcomes guests to enjoy its festive modern dining menu, as well as cocktails and afternoon tea, which can be booked either in the restaurant or as a private dining experience.

From SIX Baltic’s December menu, guests can taste the season’s flavours through two-course meal [£34 per head] or a three-course meal [£39]. Their afternoon tea offers a festive twist including roast turkey and cranberry sandwiches to frangipane mince pies. For those looking to add a touch of sparkle, the festive afternoon tea can be upgraded to prosecco or champagne for an added sprinkle of luxury.
