Housed in a railway arch under the old high-level bridge, Prima Nova has been a fixture on Newcastle’s Quayside for two decades and is one of the city’s largest and most popular Italian restaurants. It can seat up to 300 diners with tables on two floors, an outside dining space and a new third floor lounge bar. You can choose from a wide range of pizza and pasta dishes as well as chicken and steaks from the grill with a choice of sauces and meat and fish mains. In addition to the main menu there are plenty of special deals and offers running throughout the week including an all-day Bottomless Brunch. The wine list is largely Italian and they do a mean cocktail too. It’s a lively and atmospheric venue and a great choice for a celebration.
