PSYCHO PATH READY TO RETURN FOR 2025 – MORE TERRIFYING THAN EVER BEFORE…
THE North East’s top, award-winning scare attraction is preparing to terrify people once again this autumn, with a new look to old favourites and a horrific new maze.
Award-winning Psycho Path, at Lintz Hall Farm, Burnopfield, is one of the UK’s best scream parks and year on year has surprised – and horrified – visitors with its ability to increase the scare factor.
And this year organisers have upped the ante yet again, with the introduction of the brand new Psychotorium.

The latest addition to the Psycho Path mazes has cost £150,000 and promises to offer “ the next level in sound and technology.”
Christiano Crawford, one of the directors of Psycho Path and who is the creator of Psychotorium said it was “ probably the most intense experience we’ve ever created.”
“This is a completely unique maze,” said Christiano.
“It’s been modelled on a US prison environment – think The Shawshank Redemption – and Arkham Asylum, the fictional psychiatric hospital which features in many of the Batman stories and it is definitely not for the faint hearted.”
Psycho Path will once again feature all of the much-loved scares, many of which have been given a tweak this time round to add to the experience.
“Virtually every one of our mazes has been reimagined,” said Christiano.
“So even the people that come every year are going to enjoy some brand new experiences on their favourite scares.”

I Scream, the horrifying maze has been reversed this time round while Vandalised- which was added for the first time last year – has been extended and is “even more hellish than ever.”
Thunderdome, The Hunt and Cutthroat Island have also undergone a transformation, adding a host of new surprises.
Also retuning this year again are Psycho City, Cornered -where visitors have to negotiate the horrors lurking in a field of eye-high corn -Psycho City, The Hunt, Isolation, Dolls House – The Factory and Mind Control.
Crawl Space – the only attraction which has to be booked in advance – continues to be one of the most popular draws, with all slots taken within minutes.
Food stalls, a fairground, a range of bars and live entertainment on the main stage will also be on offer, adding to the complete Psycho Path experience.
“We are very proud of the fact that we are widely recognised as one of the top scare attractions in the country,” added Christiano.
“Each year we build on the success of the year before and we know that this time round we’ve got an absolutely incredible and unforgettable Psycho Path.”
Psycho Path opens on Saturday 27 September and then runs every Friday and Saturday until November 1.
