RISING STAR FINN FORSTER RETURNS WITH HEARTFELT SINGLE, PABLO VIA INTERVAL RECORDS (EMI NORTH), OUT 14TH NOVEMBER – PRE-SAVE HERE NOVEMBER UK & IRELAND HEADLINE TOUR NOW ALMOST SOLD OUT – FIND REMAINING TICKETS AND FULL DETAILS HERE

Hailing from Middlesbrough, rising star Finn Forster has just announced the release of his heartfelt yet anthemic single, Pablo, for 14th November via Interval Records (EMI North). Showcasing Finn’s signature soulful and soaring vocals, Pablo was written by Finn as a tribute to his best friend, who he met at college.

The singer-songwriter has explained, “Pablo is written about my best mate from Iran. We grew up together and then when he was 21 years old, he went home to visit his family and wasn’t able to return for almost 6 years. I thought he’d be away a couple of weeks and the song explores all of the emotions around not seeing my best mate for years,
growing up and then us finally reconnecting once he got back. One day he literally just walked through my front door after 6 years, it was mad.”

Pre-save here.

Pablo follows the release of his EP, Embers, which came out in May. Singles from the 4-track body of work have gone on to receive consistent support from the likes of BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 2, Radio X (for whom Finn will be recording a live session for) Amazing Radio and more, plus playlist inclusions from streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. The Embers EP marked a brand new chapter for Finn, and revealed a new sound sonically.

Finn is gearing up for his almost sold out UK & Ireland headline tour! He kicks things off at The Globe in Cardiff on 10th November, and will be making his way around cities including Bristol and London for sold out shows plus two shows in Manchester, one of which is sold out. Finn will also play a hometown show at Middlesbrough’s Empire, and then will wrap things up in Dublin at the Sound House, on 18th November. Remaining tickets can be found here.

Finn Forster recently played a show as part of the Mercury Prize Fringe, which took place in Newcastle which was the first time it’s taken place outside of London. Finn also supported pop royalty, JADE recently at the BBC Proms which was also in Newcastle. He shared a dressing room with BBC Radio 1’s Greg James who was also hosting the
evening. On stage following Finn’s performance, Greg said, “Can we just take a minute to appreciate the unreal vocals of Finn Forster?” Next up, the Middlesbrough-born and bred artist will support Bastille in Nottingham at the Motorpoint Arena, on 9th November on their From All Sides Tour.

This Summer alone saw Finn support the mighty Stereophonics on their UK & European stadium tour, and also play festivals including Reading & Leeds and Kendal Calling.
